Utah Scholarship Fund was formed to prepare Utah for a new federal opportunity that can turn everyday generosity into meaningful educational access. Board of directors
Utah Scholarship Fund is governed by an independent board with fiduciary responsibility for the organization. Board chair, treasurer, secretary, additional directors, and committee assignments will be published as appointments are finalized.
Transparency
As documents become available, we will publish our IRS determination letter, Form 990 filings, financial statements, annual reports, scholarship policies, conflict-of-interest policy, privacy and data-security policies, SGO approval documentation, and state filings.
