Requirements are not final until adopted.
Participating schools or providers may eventually need to:
- Satisfy applicable legal and program requirements
- Complete organizational verification
- Agree to student-safety and nondiscrimination requirements
- Provide tuition or service documentation
- Protect student information
- Participate in payment verification
- Comply with Utah Scholarship Fund policies
